Training ProgramsThe Gestalt Center for Organization & Systems Development offers a variety of learning opportunities to participants depending on the degree of interest in and commitment to Gestalt theory, concepts, and methodology in their personal and/or professional lives. Our Training Programs are geared toward grounding and enhancing participants' professional lives. These programs are rigorous, long-term educational undertakings that require prior course credits, work experience, and/or professional standing and references. The training programs at the OSD Center are among the best in the world. If you have no background in Gestalt or are not currently in an organizational position, we recommend you browse our Workshops page. The Center founders pioneered the use of Gestalt theory and concepts in organizational contexts and across multiple levels of system. Gestalt OSD theory, concept, and method is an integrative body of knowledge based on more than 35 years of program design and facilitation as well as professional application by OSD faculty and OSD graduates. While all OSD training programs build on this same body of knowledge, each has a distinct focus. Many participants have benefited from enrollment in several entry-level programs and one or more advanced-level programs. Most of our participants are practicing professionals and experienced practitioners in their respective fields of work, which include consulting, management, administration, corporate leadership, accounting, information technology, education, law, health care, psychology, social work, and mediation. We have an international faculty, and our OSD International Program alone has conducted sessions on six continents.
